In accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines (the “Law”), we inform you as follows:
OCEANICA LOGISTICS GROUP, S.A. DE C.V., hereinafter referred to collectively as “OLG,” with address at Calle 12 de Diciembre 1370B, Col. Chapalita Oriente, Guadalajara, Jalisco, 45040, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. OLG informs you that our clients’ information is handled in a strictly confidential manner.
OLG will implement strict security mechanisms to guarantee the protection, integrity, privacy, and confidentiality of the information we collect.
The Company will collect from you the personal data necessary for the proper provision of our services: (i) directly from you, (ii) through third parties who have hired our services on your behalf, (iii) through third parties who provide services to the Company related to the handling of your merchandise, or (iv) through video surveillance systems inside and outside OLG’s facilities. Such personal data may include: name or business name; contact information such as address, telephone number, and email; financial data such as the value and use of your merchandise; and video images of persons entering and moving through OLG’s facilities as well as the surrounding perimeter area. This last type of information may, in some contexts, be considered personal data.
Pursuant to Article 16 of the General Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Parties, in OLG’s case it is not necessary to obtain the data subject’s consent for the processing of personal data, as such processing is necessary to fulfill the contractual relationship with the client, as well as the security provisions established by the authority.

OLG undertakes not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions set forth in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable legislation. In particular, we inform you that OLG may transfer your personal data to administrative, judicial, or governmental authorities, whether domestic or foreign, when required by judicial or administrative order, or when required by law.
OLG may share your information with subcontracted third parties, such as lawyers, auditors, accountants, or systems administrators, who need to process or store your information on OLG’s behalf and following its instructions.
Your personal data may be shared with third parties interested in establishing a legal relationship with us or providing financing to OLG.
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and object to the processing of your personal data.

If your request is deemed appropriate, OLG will carry out the determination within the following 15 business days from the date the response is communicated to you. You may withdraw any consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, please note that we may not be able to address your request or immediately discontinue use in all cases, as we may be legally required to continue processing your personal data. Likewise, you should consider that, for certain purposes, withdrawing your consent could result in the termination of your relationship with us.

This Privacy Notice, as well as OLG’s general handling of the Law, is governed by the legislation in force and applicable in the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising in connection with its application shall be brought before the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) or before the competent Jurisdictional Bodies of Mexico City.
